Shellbay Terms of Use

  1. Licence. Shellbay is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which these terms supplement. If they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
  2. Subscriptions. Shellbay Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation (after the trial, if any). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  3. Your servers and data. You are responsible for the servers you connect to, the commands you run and the credentials you store. Use Shellbay only with systems you are authorised to access.
  4. No warranty. Shellbay is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, downtime or damage caused by commands run through the app.
